With more than 300 days of sunshine a year, Benalmádena is the ideal place even in winter, where sunbathing at 20º is a reality.

Enjoy magnificent walks along the Benalmádena Marina and its promenade, enjoy our extensive and varied high quality gastronomy.

The property has wonderful natural light, a terrace overlooking the Sierra de Malaga and the golf course, we have terrace furniture to enjoy our pleasant sunshine.

Blessed with an unbeatable location, you can walk to the beach and town centre, where you can catch the local train, as well as enjoy Benalmadena and its surroundings (Malaga, Torremolinos, Fuengirola).

For the sporty ones, there are tennis and paddle courts, as well as beautiful golf courses, very close to the property.
